As a practical, interactive, solution-focused counselor, my treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and compassion, I help individuals bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

With an integration of complimentary methods, I draw from a selection of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual.  Together with each client I work to build on strengths and achieve life goals.


Confidentiality:

In keeping with ethical standards of the counseling profession and the law, all services provided by Restoration Marriage & Family Counseling are kept confidential.  No information is released to outside parties without the client's prior, written consent. This consent will remain part of your file. Neither the fact that you seek counseling nor any information about the counseling sessions will be released.  

All counselors/therapists  have a legal responsibility to disclose client information without prior consent in certain cases to protect clients and others. These include cases where a client has communicated to the counselor/therapists a serious threat of physical violence to other individuals, or where  a counselor/therapist  has reasonable cause to believe that the client is dangerous to him or herself or may be gravely disabled and unable to care for him or herself. 

Additionally, counselors/therapists  are obligated to report any cases of child abuse or elder abuse. Fortunately these situations are infrequent.

About Patricia


Patricia Hatch has a Doctorate in Faith Based Christian Counseling through Faith Bible College of Missouri, and is a Certified Marriage & Family Counselor through American Society of Christian Therapist. Patricia has counseled troubled marriages for over 10 years. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and has a Divine Healing Technician Certification through John G. Lake's Divine Healing Institute. Patricia is in the process of obtaining her certification in Anger Management.
